Using two different Logitech Speaker System at the same time

So this is probably a stupid question but would I be able to use two speaker systems at once (Specifically the Z623 and Z323). I currently have the Z323 but I want to upgrade to the Z623, now if I could use them both I figured why not. Would it even be worth it or would it ruin the sound? If it would work would a simple splitter like http:// work?

A splitter would work, but since the speakers sound different you may not like the results. If you are "upgrading", why continue to use the speakers you think are worse than the new ones? If you are OK with how the old ones sound, why upgrade?
