Using Wordpress on Xampp Local Server From Different PC?

Hello. I hope this is the right discussion for this and someone can help me. I have been using "Xampp" program to launch a local server to build websites on wordpress. Recently i had to wipe out the laptop that i was using it on so i could sell it.. but i did not backup all my files because i did not have much of any files that i needed to back up and i had to sell it in a hurry. My new PC is on its way and im hoping i will be able to install xampp on it and then install the wordpress client login and be able to work on my website again. Is this possible or did i just wipe out my entire website? when i wiped my laptop.

If you didn't backup your old site, you will have to start from fresh again.
