Read the other reply, (My bill came out 2 days ago, so nothing has been
added in, but if I make a
call, it shows pretty quick. You MUST click on any of the detail pages or it
will always show zero on the main page you first go to.
You may be seeing the numbers on the main page that are always 0, you must
go to a page, and click on view, before it will change.
When you first login to the website, you will see
all zeros as minutes used. Once you click on something like account summary,
on the right hand side you will see (actually graphics in a box, converted
to text for posting here) something like:
Unbilled Details
Check used minutes & balance since your last bill.
Minutes: View
Balance: View
Click on view
For minutes you will see something like (edited to delete my personal info)
Unbilled Usage
Select MTN to display summary 410-xxx-xxxx
Peak Minutes: 0
Off Peak Minutes: 0
Weekend Minutes: 0
IN-Network Calling Peak: 0
IN-Network Calling Off Peak: 0
This is an estimate of the minutes used since your last invoice date.
This estimate was updated within the last 24 hours.
This estimate may not include roaming airtime.
Your calling plan may include additional monthly minutes, such as special
promotions,
that have not been deducted from this estimate.

For balance, you will see something like:

If you don't click on something like account summary it will always show
zero. You must pick something to view first, you won't see anything except
zeros.
