I am new to recent programming technologies, but have the skills from the past: Basic, c64 assembler, logo, also excel and access.
I need a versatile programming tool meeting these criteria:
portability to ipad, android and greatest chance for windows 8 for tablets, nice, if also accessible for browsers
very simple vector graphics or some other solution which will enable stars and other basic geometric objects to be scalable to various screen sizes and to be interactive elements as buttons
Database and simple formula handling for a list of words to create sentences
Simple animation
possibly wysiwyg - like dreamweaver
internet connection for basic data trasmission
Future
Kinect compatibillity (maybe)
Voice recognition
