Vertical colorful lines on the right side of my screen

I have vertical colorful lines on the right side of my screen and my computer is an Acer Aspire One I'll try bending and restarting man take out the battery but nothing works please help me because I really do not want to take it to a repair shop

It sounds like a problem with the screen. I'd contact Acer support.
