Very slow internet on my smartphone

I have Comcast 150 mbs+, im sitting right next to my router and modem, and i get 1 mbs on a speed test on my android phone. My grandpa with an iphone gets 120-150 on his phone. When i go over to another house the speed tests are 50-100 mbs. I dont know what to do. Its been like this for months.

Make sure QoS is turned off in the router, switch to the 2.4Ghz channel, make sure you use wireless N only, and set the channel to 11.
