Vga to lcd

How connect vga to lcd as I have picture no sound using jack to red and white. If I choose on TV vga connection I do have picture but no sound, if I choose component I do have sound but no picture🙂 also tried with jack to jack but not working, laptop Lenovo 3000 n 200 windows 7, and TV LG 32LK450U- zb

Your TV manual should state which audio input is paired with which video input.
Does your laptop has HDMI output? This is the best one to use (both for video quality, and audio support).
