Vga to Vga?

Hey i am new and very noobish indeed, but i was wondering if its possible to hook up my comp to my tv using a vga to vga? because i belive they might both be inputs.

Any VGA off of your computer will be an output. The only IN comps support(and only sometimes) is TV IN. So yes it should work. I have my Dell Dimension hooked up to a 32'' HD TV and it's beautiful.
