I need to replace the hard drive on my Vaio VGN-NS190J laptop. Can anyone give me directions to a manual or instructions on replacing the drive? thanks

I wasn't able to find a specific manual for your model, however, check out the link below for a general guide on how to get to the hard drive. Usually it's just underneath a panel on the bottom of the laptop. The panel is fairly large and it should be marked by a hard drive symbol.
