Video and audio problem

Ok. this is freaking annoying. no one seems to understand what i am trying to solve. my audio starts playing ahead of my video. i don't know my computers specs. it happens on everything, youtube, netflix. it starts at being like a second ahead to getting to like full minutes. i lve this laptop, desite it going out of condition. I don't know how to fix this and the lack of a solution is frustrating as hell. please help me!

It's on youtube, windows 10 os, chrome, netflix. anything that plays video on my laptop it's doing it on. it's annoying and i just want it to end

Check for newer video and audio drivers from the computer vendor support site. Clear temp files in the web browser. This happens only online it looks like correct? Local media files are fine? You can try rebooting your modem and router also.

1. how do i clear temp files? 2. It only does this on like videos. any video but not on games like League of Legends or games ike that
