Video card not detected.

Hi Guys! I need help regarding the resolution of my laptop. I tried opening a game but the graphics were really unacceptable. I tried going to control panel > appearance > display > screen resolution > advanced settings and then I found out that the video card not available.

Is there I can do myself to fix the problem?

first of all, you need to provide more information.

for all we know, you could be running ancient 15 year old hardware

stuff like your specs, especially the gfx card info. your OS. your drivers versions.

To the OP, yes, we need more details, but I strongly feel it's a driver problem.
