Basically I was wondering what's the difference if you put 10 hours as one one video or split it up to say 30min or 1h chunks. How will that affect the video rendering and the computers viewing it.

Solution
Ten hours of video would create a very large file. Rendering a 10 hour video, regardless of the render settings, is going to take a long time. Of course render time is going to be affected by your system specs (CPU, RAM, etc.). As far as computers viewing it raises the question of how it will be delivered to said computers. Thirty minute or 1 hour chunks would be better for viewing as it would be less taxing on the computer. Do you have a 10 hour video on one topic or is it a combination of many videos?
