videos are freezing

While using Firefox as a browser and then watching a video on Facebook ,etc, the video portion freezes and the sound keeps playing until I hover over it ...it then plays for a while and refreezes. The same video(s) works fine when using Chrome browser???

Can you check your RAM memory performance while the freezes occur? Also, how much RAM do you have overall?

Does your RAM peak during these freezes? (Does it reach 80,90 or 100%?) You can check that by having Task Manager open or by looking at a RAM meter.

no it does not peak. It is strange that when using CHROME it plays fine, it is only when I am using Firefox that it is freezing or stalling. it then catches up to the sound when I hover the mouse over said video.

Do you have any plug-ins on Mozilla that could be causing it? Also, do you necessarily need to use Mozilla as well as Chrome?
