Videos blocked despite filtering mode disabled

Videos embedded in other websites are blocked even though YouTube Safe Search Filtering mode is disabled. Would appreciate help from any member.

Depends what part of the world your in. Some Youtube content is withheld in certain countries, for example I've tried to play some videos on YT only to be informed that "Sorry, this video is not available in to UK users"

That was only last week, so I'm not referring to some ancient, long-gone regulation.

Thank you for your answer, Philip. I was informed " Sorry, this video is not available in safety mode." I have already disabled Safe Search Filtering, but the video still wouldn't play. Is there any other safety mode apart from SSF?
