Virus and Malware removal

One of the programs I'm trying to remove is giving me this message when I goto programs > uninstall > "There was a problem starting C:\Program Files (x86)\HowToSimplified_8eBar.dll" Anyone have a solution for this?

I searched google and found no method other than download suggestions. I already use Malwarebytes it did not fully remove it. I was hoping to get some instruction on going into the registry and manually removing it.
