Virus cannot be removed

how to remove appearing something after i deleted and create shortcuts even i reseted my fd.When i unhide my flashdrive there's a folder namely drive and when i opened it it contains several files.they were 2 suspisious folder 714 and 845.745 contains qpqqjwvc a javascript and dlyoho for the 845.i tried to deleted them but they always come back
sorry for my grammar cause i am really bad at it.
