Virus Corrupting Many Files, Internet Connectivity, and Refuses to leave

Hello there. As of yesterday, I downloaded a pretty nasty virus that has gone in, downloaded of a ton of stuff, corrupted my files, and giving me all sorts of ****. I believe after many scans and personal searching, that most of the virus related programs and files are exterminated. But, now a lot of my applications are corrupted with that error code. Along with the error code, it seems that my DLL is missing, and will also not let me connect to the internet despite it be hard cabled in. I am panicking here and don't have any idea of what to do. Thank you

what the os? backup your data and reinstall your os. next time don't download virus.

I would be afraid of backing up that data now. Might be infected.
