Virus or random BSOD?

So I got a bluescreen just now. Here is the Bluescreenview of it:

I've also inserted a scf /scannow result page in the lower right corner. So it seems like there is some corrupt stuff.

I've read that KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED is sometimes a virus. But sometimes it isn't. And I'd like to know which one it is. Can you guys help?

If you can't complete a sfc /scannow, it might be time to consider a repair install....

If the hard drive or memory are failing, this will likely not be successful; if it is succerssful, we can write it off to a glitch, but, since your basic OS files are now suspect, you could resort to an offline rescue disk of some sort; Kaspersky's Rescue CD is pretty well respected, and, of course, Microsoft makes a bootable Defender Offline scanning tool, as well, although it's definitions are only updated monthly, and, an update is scheduled for this Tuesday, coincidentally.....
