Solved! Virus took admin controls help pls

Hi,

I was trying to get fortnite cheats and i got like a billion viruses the only ones that are left prevent me from doing admin stuff i just want to factory reset my pc but it wont let me. I have tried net user administrator /active:yes in cmd run as admin but that didn't change i still cant factory reset.

I doubt anybody here is going to be willing to help somebody who admittedly was trying to download cheats or pirated software, either one. It's sort of the price you pay for going that route.

Doing a clean install is the only thing that is going to properly resolve your situation. And on that note, closing this thread.
