I cant tell for the Steam ones, having the full path of the files in question instead of being cut off would help.
the ones in Appdata\Roaming aren't good though

Appdata roaming are either viruses are unwanted programs.
I dont know anything for sure about the server.dl for CS:GO, it is labeling it as suspicious, I would check online and see if others are reporting this with you AV software.
This is assuming you have CS:GO installed.
