IAM using vivo y51l some data are stored in calculator personal folder all with pin secured and same app is in SD card now lost my mobile but mobile is also secured with pin no is it possible to open my pin on screen and view my secrets data in personal secured folder or if they do hard reset will all erase in my SD card

No it's not really possible to get into the phone without knowing your pin since it would be encrypted. Resetting the phone would break encryption on the SD card.
