Hello everyone and I hope this is the place to post this but I was wondering if anyone has ever seen this. I've seen videos of ghosting but in my case the image is completely compressed together and the menu options are shoved off to the left of the screen. I just purchased this TV and brought it home to turn it on to see the words were mashed together like a double image. I will try and use a photo hosting site because I cant seem to find a way to upload my image. A little help on both ends? Incase the double posting isnt allowed here is a link to one of the picture.

EDIT#2: a better look at the overlap/compression

Yes I've contacted them and they had me do the standard reading from a books text "turn off tv,power cycle tv, check for updates, yada, yada"

Update: as I got it working, didn't want to bother carrying this heavy SOB back into my truck then returning it to find out they didn't have another in stock because they were on sale. I took the T.V. apart and pulled all connectors & re-seated all of the connections and works perfectly now. Thanks anyways guys!
