Solved! Vizio E60-E3 Blotches on screen. Backlight?

Can anyone tell me the issue here? Is it the backlight strips or is it a control board of some sort?

Possible board problem. It is best if you can contact a repairman or service center to check the main issue. I hope you'll not be able to spend so much on repairing this, because if they will ask you to pay more than the cost of a new TV, just buy a new one. Just giving my suggestion.
