Vizio TV AND Pioneer Receiver Connections

I have a pioneer SX-311R, a Vizio M420SL tv, 2 bose 301 speakers.
The pioneer reciever has the red and white connections on the back with input jacks for phono, cd and vcr/LD. How do i connect the tv to the receiver so i can hear the tv through the receiver?

The is a 3.5mm stereo analog audio output on the bottom of the TV. Connect that to either the CD or VCR/LD input.
It's a common type of cable. Check the TV manual on how to use it.
