Voice manipulation

Hello. Im looking for a hollywood like program that can manipulation to make such sound effects as thoose in games like doom announcers and movies.


I dont care if its free and i dont care if its not.


I need a editor with many options.


I will be using this to manipulate my voice for speech in games and such.
