Hello forum , I wanted to know if you could make short list or suggest me some on this question , What voip app on iphone or ipad should I use what is the best one?

I have Skype installed on PC, but I use it mainly to talk for free. Otherwise I use the Smartgroschen. They have a small top-up starts from 0.89 Euro, so just enough to use from time to time.

I am also using Smartgroshen app for calling. Skype is OK, and Smartgroschen more than OK due to it's cheap call rates as well as good quality voice calls.

I am not a big fan of Skype because the calls always get dropped. I preffer to use a VOIP device. You can compare rates through this tool that I found on an article. You put in your location and then it will give you the best brand for a cheap price.
