Solved! Volume on dell latitude laptops

I am playing a video and the volume will not work. It used to but I dont know how to get it back.

Hello legends1318;

Check the laptop manual for a Fn+key combo that mutes the sound. You might have pressed it by accident.
Also check the Control Panel - Sound settings to make sure everything is set ON and the volume sliders are pushed up.
