VOOM HD receiver

So I have this VOOM HD satellite receiver. Is it good for anything other
than the trash can ?

Does it have a working Over the Air ATSC tuner? If it does, that is
still useful.

I still use the Voom reciever for my local (L.A.) ota stations. I
don't plan on using any other service until at least next fall but even
without the sat channels the tuner still seems to work.

I can't believe this effort made it past the drawing board. Even though I
thought of swtiching from D* to V* for the additional channels, I couldn't
see how this venture would make money. This is right up there with XFL
football.
