But shouldn't high quality porn be viewed and compared on TV?S That maybe a better way to sell the TVs. Pause on a close up and compare the details...

[citation][nom]jdog2076[/nom]To those who see no distinction between violence and sex in the media: you're missing a major point. Think about this - violence such as attacking or killing another person is something that is illegal in real life. If viewed on TV or in a movie, however, it's reasonable for a person to believe that what they're viewing is staged or not real. After all, they're only actors on the screen. Nudity or sex presents a whole new problem. Public nudity/sex is clearly something that is illegal...just try walking around downtown in your birthday suit and you'll find that out in a hurry. What happened in the Walmart incident is essentially equivalent to public nudity/sex. There were naked people on the screen that anyone (including children) could view. Unlike depictions of violence, there is no such thing as "fake" nudity. That is why this was wrong and why the two 20-year olds were arrested accordingly for it. To say that showing a program depicting violence and one depicting nudity or sex are no different means you haven't thought through the relevant issues long enough.[/citation]

So, you say generally: "The human body is something really, really, really, really bad! The human body is evil!"

You must be crazy!

See even if you are a religious zealot think about this: Did God create the human body? Yes! Then it is sacred, God's work! Did God create the human body naked or clothed? I think God created the human body naked and humans lived naked for a long time before starting to get dressed.
Does any other creature on Earth wear clothes - no! So all other creatures are naked? Why isn't this regarded as evil pornography then!

I think the problem with the naked body is made-up social, psychological disaster!

When I have children I won't forbid them to look at naked male or female human beings! Never! I remember myself as younger I was so afraid and shy, even disgusted when looking at naked people. I think that crippled my as a personality for life! Good that as older I could realize that the education my parents gave me was bad! They never thought me anything about the opposite sex. They even made me because they didn't knew how to prevent themselves from getting pregnant when they were nor ready for children and all that because of the stupid morals in our backward society.

Sex and nudity is not bad! Bad is STUPIDITY!

Are we serious? Those kids' lives are ruined. Everybody is commenting so non-chalantly about FELONY CHARGES! God bless those kids if they ever clear this from their records and are ever able to get real jobs. There are no diplomas that can trump a felony charge in the professional work place. Not to mention, they might have to be registered sex offenders. Good job ultra sensitive sissies in contributing to the delinquency of our country by CREATING two new criminals...

Actually, what this shows is your willingness to cram your version of morality down everyone else's throats. Please don't come to Australia, we don't need your kind down here...

...Cleaning up the internet, one moralistic religious zealot at a time!

[citation][nom]mr_tuel[/nom]What's worse: the violence on everyday TV, or someone's penis?[/citation]

[citation][nom]tayb[/nom]Well, considering TV violence is below that of a PG-13 movie I'm going to go with porno.[/citation]
[citation][nom]the_one111[/nom]What's worse? Well It seems people were forced to watch this. I was under the impression you can turn your TV off. That and I could argue porn and violence don't have the same effects (which they DON'T) So..Did you even think this statement through...at all?[/citation]

ggranted what these two idiots did ws wrong (since ther are public decency laws , but

to say porno is worse that violence is about the most fucked up thing i ever heard come from some one's mouth.

first off consider this fact

99.9 % of the human race will at some point in time partake in sex , it is a natural thing and it is how we get children.

not every one is going to go out and commit violent crimes against other huamn beings

sure porno "glamorize" sex

but tv and movie viloence "galmorizes " violence

you ask me glamorizing somethign that is natrual , pleasurable , and somthign most all of us do at some point in our lives ,is far better than glamorizing criminals, kilers and general scumbags and thier horridious acts of violence.

seriously would you rather you kid grow up being a oporno start , or a homicidal maniac ??? think about it

[citation][nom]shrex[/nom]how is it that these electronics shops never have a clean signal?[/citation]

They probably use cheap splitters or something that doesn't work well... That really puts me off!

I'm not religious or a prude, however I don't see how this is much different than the employee exposing himself to minors. How would you feel if some dirty pedophile flashed your children in a public place. Now I agree you have a right to approve or disapprove of porn and /or violence in a movie in your own home, but the minute it occurs in public it's a different situation.Don't be a small minded fool and say you don't want morality imposed on you. Because the rest of us don't need your values/or lack thereof forced on us in public. C'mon have some consideration for your fellow patrons! This was a childish prank that they deserve to reprimanded for. Be a man and do the right thing.

I have to agree.. This was wrong.. If there weren't kids involved it'd be down right funny. And there is a different between porn and a pg with some violence in it. Now if it was just you know the "tv sex" I'd blow it off. But this would be like putting up devil rejects in walmart *which is the only movie I wouldn't let my daughter watch I'm not some over proctive freak*.

Jail time for this guy, nah maybe some community service, but I wouldn't want him to get anything major.

"felony obscenity" charge. It's getting bad here in the USA, everything is a felony now, what next felony spitting on the sidewalk. I admit it was wrong but the charge is way over the top.

If you're going to risk arrest, have some class about it.
They should have "Tyler Durden"-ed it: decrypted a DVD, then spliced in flashes of obscene weiner-fests throughout the normal movie.
Project Mayhem lives on...
... but don't tell anyone about it. ;-)
