[citation][nom]utgardaloki[/nom]"What happened in the Walmart incident is essentially equivalent to public nudity/sex. There were naked people on the screen that anyone (including children) could view. Unlike depictions of violence, there is no such thing as "fake" nudity. That is why this was wrong"Where I come from walking down the street buTT naked isn't exactly recomended either, but a big deal? Eh no..And having my children see naked bodies would be the least of my problems since they are not in anyway affended by it (maybe alittle curious, that's all). And they sure as hell aren't damaged by it.So seing a naked body posted in public isn't just public nudity(?)... it's offensive as well? Hehe... do yourself a favor and steer clear of Europe. On second thought avoid the whole world. You're likely to get a heart attack[/citation]

I'm not arguing your point about nudity, but I think we can all agree a porno is a little bit more than that. I'd be very surprised if, wherever you're from, people can get away with having sex in public with small children around.

Anyway, the point I was originally trying to make was to clear things up for the people who couldn't seem to understand legally why what they did was wrong. Setting aside personal beliefs on the rightness or wrongness of it, we have laws and people have to abide by them.

Perhaps staying within a genre of soft porn w/comic characters would suit the younger consumer audience at these venues. Eliminates the potential hazards of mistaking fantasy for reality and provides a bit of sex ed in the bargain.

[citation][nom]pakardbell486dx2[/nom]Take your shity goody two shoe somewhere else. I, and most other people, don't give a rats ass about who offends who and what society thinks. All this ultra liberalism and extreme political correctness is a real pain in the ass. It's a damn shame those boys are charged with a felony. I am sure with a good lawyer, and if they are first time offenders, they will get a slap on a wrist, a medium size fine plus community service. And again really to you and others who said that pull that jagged stick out of your ass and laugh for first time. Might make you feel good. Things like this don't happen much, a little laughter is healthy.[/citation]

No actually only a few are a part of ur pathetic and flawed logic thinking.
Sex is an inside matter like some1 posted, very different from staged violence on tv. It's dirty, filthy and disgusting. Most humans would be more disgusted with that rather than staged violent shows on tv.
And plz dont go to the crap about how sex is all natural and a part of life, yes it is, but a part of ur personal private life, not a fkn public event, that you would publicize about.
We aren't freakin animals, we think diferently there's a reason why humans are different from them (animals) we have ethics (u can go on all day about how ethics ruin our society and that rural/natural-how animals live- is a much better way to live life, well then to that i say, why don't u go live in the jungle/forest if that sort of lifestyle pleases u that much) and we humans can differentiate between the right and wrong.

Oh and a little laughter is good ? Well why don't u watch a fkn comedy show or something, you're in the fkn public, not everyone approves wht you find hilarious (god knows wht BS kind of social ethics those are).
Allowing porn on tv at a superstore, is like allowing sex in public right infront of hundreds of passerbys.

God whr is this world going...

well i doubt these guys were really thinking about the chance that a child would see the video. theyre fun nerds that were most likely only thinking about the sheer hilarity of porn playing in walmart. besides that i would prefer a child seeing a flash of porn than violence. i should hope that they would know the difference between beating the crap out of somebody and the touching of a body part. but i would just plain prefer that kids stay away from all tv nowadays. i mean have you seen the "kid shows" they have now? they dont even have storeylines anymore just random obscene scenes strung together that provide no information and arent very good guidelines for building character at all. no wonder most kids have ADD now im surprised theyre not all braindead. we surley are all heading into idiocracy...
