Question wall plug alarm when appliance turns off

My new washing machine sends a wifi alert when it finishes washing. Unfortunately my 25+ year old dryer does not. Does anyone know of a device that would plug into the 120vac wall outlet and the dryer plug into it. Then when the dryer shuts off and stops drawing power, the device would sound an alarm, or, preferable, send a wifi notification. If I still had my old washer i'd get two of these devices. Any ideas?
