Want a great 40" Smart TV 1080 ISP panel

What is a recommended 40" non 4K, standard HDTV, ISP LED, with best viewing angles? Are any brands that are avail in the US using ISP other than LG? This is only for viewing cable TV and Smart Apps (no gaming). Less important but a real plus is I want quick access to changing preset picture settings (ie: a "picture" button on the remote). Thank you
