i have toshiba satelite c55-b5101 laptop and i want windows 8.1 recovery files because i lost it

if its booting up ok it should have the toshiba software on it to make your own recovery media

or it should also be on a hidden partition if its the original hard drive

thats just a windows download not the same as the factory reset/recovery software

probably wont have all the needed drivers

and wont have the pre--installed software

though wont have the bloatware either which is good

yes macrium reflect free gets my vote as well it is a fantastic free software use it all the time

though would help if we knew whether they can get it to boot up or not
