Was in a wreck and need a new laptop for work.

To start with, I have a concussion so if this seems loopy or off I apologize.

My old laptop is destroyed. I need something that fits within about $350. It won't be used for anything intensive, I just like to get as much for money as possible.

Biggest concerns are battery life, speed, decent keyboard\trackpad, and image quality. It will primarily be used for web based things, email, and word processing. Will also watch a lot of netflix on it and it might get some use in video presentation for work. It will be hauled between workandhome but that's it. Size isn't a huge issue.

Some pluses are if it can play something like Wasteland 2 or even just older stuff like KotOR2. Maybe Crusader Kings 2. Nothing super heavy. Again, game playing is NOT a big deal. If it has an ethernet port, that's cool but not a must. HDD space isn't a huge issue. I don't store a ton of stuff on it.

If it comes with freebies, that's always awesome.

Windows 10 preferrably unless you can make a case for something else that just blows that idea to smithereens.
