Solved! WD live hub replacement options

Hi all I have seen a lot of topics on replacement options. I'm unsure which is best for me so need some help.

Basically my hub has failed, All I used it for was storing pics/videos and watching them on my TV. I want to be able to add files over the network also

I was going to get the nvidea shield but it has alot of features I wouldn't use, is there abetter option or just get the shield

There are some media players out there but they seem to be limited to 2tb drives. You can find a number on Amazon and they all seem to have this limitation.
If you don't need the added features of the Shield then a cheaper Android TV box or a Roku that has a USB port should work fine.
