Just use a hdmi switch. $5 on ebay. No such things as splitters for hdmi.

There are "splitters" for HDMI called distribution amps.

They come in different qualities. Make sure the one you get can drive the length of cables you need. If the TVs are different resolution (720 and 1080) you would need one that can work with this to get 1080 one one and 720 on the other.
