Weather forecast software

My brother has linux debian on his laptop. It has a very small icon on the upper right corner wich shows the local temperature and a small icon for, if the weather is sunny cloudy etc. Is there a program like that on windows xp? I don't want the ones that mess up the toolbars or have pop ups. Just a small icon on the lower right toolbar with a number and a small icon.

if you use firefox, they have an extension that has a small icon.

otherwise, just check a weather site. it's not too difficult.

but it's not like they're accurate anyway. i mean seriously now how often do people really look at somthing that couldnt be more interesting - the weather..........
