Webcam assistance

Hello. I'm trying to find an affordable webcam, but I need something very specific. For health reasons, I have to operate my PC from a recliner across the room. I'm looking to setup a webcam for video calls, but it would have to set under my TV/monitor about six feet away. My wife had a little one that worked, but I want something that can zoom in on my head/shoulders and not display the whole room. I'm also looking at microphones, but those don't seem as difficult to find. My budget is ideally less than $50. If anyone has a recommendation, please let me know. Thanks.

A little over your budget. Mic is rated at up to 3 feet. You should be able to adjust the image to meet your preferences.
