Well actually, all 3 of those CMSs are written in PHP. The difference is just the interface to manage the content, generally speaking. Either way though, there are hundreds, if not thousands of good quality templates out there for what you're looking for. Here's a site that I use to get a good amount of my scripts from, or just ideas for design:

You'd probably want to look at ecommerce templates, as those will give you the best layout and functionality for your application.
