Question Weird activity in my activity

Hello all!

I’ve been having some weird activity on my google account and I dont know how to stop it!
I used to download VPN and open some +18 websites but I never registered one with my personal email.
What happened is I stopped open these kind of websites, but wheneveR I open my activity on my google gmail. It shows that I opened a +18 website 3 times every day!
I changed my password, I added some secuirty entering my email but its not stopping !! How can i block the site ? And am I hacked?! I hope anyone can help!

delete the browser cache and history
run malwarebytes and after that an usual antivirus application
