Solved! Weird computer crashing at odd timings

Hello! Ive been having an issue that hadnt really been too serious until recently.

I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 in order to be able to use the PS4 remote play app, however, with windows 8 I ran into a massive issue

I have no idea what it is and it emits a painful sound aside from the glitching. Its not overheating, nor are any odd % of abnormal usage of CPU, Memory or Disk

I really appreciate the help and, thanks everyone in advance

connect to an external monitor even a friend's to see if the screen does same as laptop.
