Weird Folder in System Disk

Recently my system disk (C keeps on creating weird folders such as Xtool187 Xcreator,... I scanned these folders and the result is clean. But the files included in these folder are weird too (personal-translate-sister.doc ; bedding-going.pem , ....
P/s: i deleted them but it keep coming back with another name

I did. It's Windows Defender

Download and run Malwarebytes. Remove all threats identified.

Try scanning the whole drive not just that folder.

I can't find any
Oh wait. I did install Cybereason Ransomefree yesterday

I just uninstalled Cybereason Ransomefree and these folders are gone
