Question Weird speaker volume

Hi...I'm having problems with my J7 Pro speaker. Whenever I play any sound through the phone speaker e.g music, videos, loudspeaker calls etc, the Volume of my speakers fades out....the fades in to normal again after a couple of seconds....then it repeats the cycle again and again. I have tried restoring the phone to factory settings...but the problem still persists...help me please😪

If you did a factory restore and it keeps happening then that points to a hardware issue. Contact support for the phone, if it's in warranty you may need to just replace it.
