well there are two user accounts

the first user account is getting shut down automatically but other account works fine

When i login to one user A it starts and logs off automatically on the same lap top i have another user for the screen account B and when i login in this user it works. I have all the files in A user.

Try login to safe mode with account A, backup the data.
or If user B an administrator account, it can get access to account A
