What are laptops under $260 that can run Sims4

I really want Sims 4 on HP Stream 13 but i was told it doesn't run smoothly. So what laptops does anyone suggest OR should I just like install something VIRUS FREE on it? HELP

HP Stream 14 would run fine i think. I saw people play TF2 and CS:GO on it with 40-50 fps so Sims 4 would run fine. Im also considering on getting that one too, $299 i think

HP Stream 14 will NOT work well. Its GB is 2 and you'll end up running Sims 4 at very low settings and low FPS. Sims 4 requires strong requirements, and 2 GB also, so you can't multitask while playing it.

The Stream laptops are made for basic use, they are pretty much Chromebooks. Cheap but fine to use if you know their limitations.

Sims 4 will run horribly on it, if at all. Hopefully it was not purchased.
