What are safe laptop temperatures

My laptop (The lenovo E570) has had cpu temperatures of 80-95 celcius under full load (games like GTA V, Just Cause 3, Counter strike Global Offensive). My Gpu has been around 75-80 Celcius. Is this safe?

95 is pretty high but that model was not designed for games so it could be normal for it since it would be running under heavy load for a long time. Try using some good quality thermal paste and see if that lowers the temps. I tend to see issues in those home and business class laptops at about 90C where the vents get very hot, at 95 they can shut down due to too much heat.
