There are fixed lines appearing which are constantly illuminating in the same color as background color. They are hard to notice when viewed from front but they appear clear when viewed from top (See attached images).

One interesting thing is that all the lines not appeared suddenly. First only one line of the right side curve was there then it is keep on spreading and now it is appearing on left side also. I tried pressing them but nothing happened. Are they are dead pixel or something else? Please help resolving problem.

Solution
There are a surprising number of layers in a panel, if you've ever opened one up to change a bulb. An impact to the back could crack one without causing the usual bruising you'd see from an impact to the front. Do the lines grow if you push from the back?

I can't understand how a scratch can come inside screen. There is no way of happening so without any external physical damage. My laptop screen haven't experienced any physical damage. It should be some other thing.
