Question What do I do if my RCA tablet isn’t turning on?

My RCA tablet would turn on but get stuck on the screen with the dog. But when I charge it the battery appears and is on charging for a few minutes but it doesn’t seem to charge.

Replace it, the RCA tables break often. Stick with the better brands like Samsung, Lenovo, even the Nook ones are better.
