Question What do I do when my window don't want intall

I factory reset my Asus laptop, it stuck to 41% then I got it right, then it crashed in the middel of the windows installation now it gives me a error
So the error pop up, I type F10, and tried using my own user, but it says I type it rong... I don't know what to do

how are you doing the reinstall, with disk, usb, restore partition or other?
