What do i need to do w/my DELL copmputer if my mic is not working?

pls. help what to do....coz my dell inspiron 5110 the mic is not working,if i had a phone calls i could hear them but they cannot heard me,so it means my mic not working... dont know what to do...

has it worked before? unfortunately there isn't much you can do if the hardware isn't working, you'll have to contact dell to see if they can service it.

If the mic has worked before, then we might have to check the settings. I would suggest you to please contact our tech support and we would be able to help you diagnose the issue and replace the part if required based on the warranty.
